I’m a big Mizzou fan; so on the weekends I love to go and watch Mizzou football and basketball games. On Saturdays in the fall you can usually find me tailgating at a Mizzou football game!
My parents taught me at a young age that you should work hard to do your best, even if it takes some extra time. It’s better to spend some additional time making sure that your work is the best it can be, rather than doing a sloppy job quickly. This advice served me well in my academic career at Mizzou and has helped me to achieve some of my long-term goals. I know that this lesson will continue to serve me well in my professional career at Williams-Keepers.
When I was younger I use to want to be a lawyer/judge. Law has always been an interesting subject to me, and when I was little I was a very follow-the-rules type of kid. (I never liked being in trouble!) Also, I grew up watching a lot of murder mysteries with my dad, so I just thought the court system was the coolest thing!
I’ve always wanted to visit the New England area in the fall. My parents had their honeymoon 25 years ago during the fall in the Maine/New Hampshire area, and I always thought the pictures of all the fall foliage were amazing. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year, so I would love to get to see all of the beautiful fall colors in person.
When everyone goes home after we host Thanksgiving lunch, my mom and I immediately begin decorating for Christmas. We always spend Thanksgiving night and Black Friday decorating our entire house and stuffing our faces with Thanksgiving leftovers! Christmas at the Boeger house definitely begins Thanksgiving night.
