Beth is a member of Human Resources Association of Central Missouri, and a 2017 board member. She is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management. She became a member of Columbia Community Band in 2003 and currently serves on the board of directors.
Jennifer duties include fostering the growth of WK through social media management, strategic marketing and community outreach. She is responsible for website content management as well as media planning and community relations.
Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Jennifer is active member in her community; she is a member of the Jefferson City Young Professionals as well as the Jefferson City and Columbia Chamber of Commerce.
She has served as a member of the governing body for the United Way of Central Missouri as well as the Campaign Leadership Team. She has also served on the planning committee for Boys and Girls Club’s Men of the Club.
Lyle Rosburg is the Chief Financial Officer for Williams-Keepers LLC and joined the firm in June 2016. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and client service.
Lyle’s duties as CFO include overseeing the budget and cash flow functions, leading the finance team members and participating in the development of the firm’s plans and programs as a strategic partner. He also provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist the Chairman, Leadership Committee, and member group in performing their responsibilities.
Lyle graduated from the University of Missouri in May 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration in May 2014 from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. He also graduated from the Peace Officers Standards and Training Law Enforcement Course from the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association Training Academy in August 2003 with a Class A certification.
The Jefferson City News Tribune recognized Lyle in 2006 with the “40 under 40” award, which recognizes outstanding business leaders under the age of 40 in the Jefferson City community. He received the Lions Club International Melvin Jones Fellow in 2013. Lyle is an active member in his community; he was a founding member of the Historic City of Jefferson Foundation, where he also served as a board member and treasurer. He was also a board member for the Missouri River Regional Library, serving in positions including the Strategic Planning Committee chair and Treasurer.
Ken is Williams-Keepers LLC’s director of information technology. He has more than 35 years of experience in the IT field and joined WK in 1980.
Ken’s responsibilities include managing the firm network, maintaining data communication links between the WK offices and remote access points, and ensuring network security. Ken and the IT staff focus on integrating and utilizing the latest technology trends while maintaining a high level of security, efficiency and productivity.
Ken attended the University of Missouri and earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 1985. He represents the firm on the Allinial Global Technology Committee and previously served as chairman of the committee. In his spare time, Ken enjoys learning new programming skills for writing smartphone applications.
Shawn Barnes is Williams-Keepers LLC’s director of business development and recruiting. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in news media, higher education, state government and professional services. He joined the firm in February 2002.
He works with WK’s members and associates to develop innovative business development strategies designed to reach existing and prospective clients in the following industries: agribusiness; family business/closely held business; financial institutions; governments; healthcare; higher education; insurance; not-for-profit; and real estate and construction.
In conjunction with department leaders, Shawn creates and manages recruiting and hiring plans for new members of the firm’s professional and administrative support staffs. He also represents the firm in recruiting events and related activities with local colleges and universities and is a member of the University of Missouri’s Business Career Services Advisory Board.
Shawn earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and master’s of education from the University of Missouri. He is a graduate of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce’s 2006 Leadership Columbia program and also served as the program’s co-chair in 2010. He is a past co-chair of the Chamber’s Small Business Committee. Shawn was named to the Columbia Business Times’ 2007 20 under 40 list, which recognizes outstanding business leaders under the age of 40 in the Columbia community. Shawn served for seven years as a member of the Business Development and Marketing Committee for Allinial Global, an association of legally independent public accounting and consulting firms.
Shawn is an active member of the community. In addition to being a member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, he recently completed terms as President of the Board of Directors of the Voluntary Action Center and Columbia Metro Rotary and is Past President of both organizations.
