Beth is a member of Human Resources Association of Central Missouri, and a 2017 board member. She is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management. She became a member of Columbia Community Band in 2003 and currently serves on the board of directors.
Jennifer duties include fostering the growth of WK through social media management, strategic marketing and community outreach. She is responsible for website content management as well as media planning and community relations.
Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Jennifer is active member in her community; she is a member of the Jefferson City Young Professionals as well as the Jefferson City and Columbia Chamber of Commerce.
She has served as a member of the governing body for the United Way of Central Missouri as well as the Campaign Leadership Team. She has also served on the planning committee for Boys and Girls Club’s Men of the Club.
Kirk joined Williams-Keepers LLC in 2010 and provides tax services to individual and business clients. He specializes in 1031 exchanges and other consulting for real estate transactions.
Kirk graduated from the Robert J. Trulaske Sr. College of Business at the University of Missouri with a Master of Accountancy degree in 2010.
Kirk is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Public Accountants. He serves as a board member for the Jefferson City Day Care and the Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association. He also serves on the Board of Governors for the Capital Region Medical Center Foundation and takes part in the American Heart Association Executive Challenge.
Chris specializes in tax, business valuations, cost segregation studies and other consulting projects. Along with his Certified Public Accountant certification, he is also a Certified Valuation Analyst.
Chris began his career in public accounting in 2009 after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Missouri with a Master of Accountancy degree. He joined Williams-Keepers LLC in 2012.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently volunteers for the Helias Catholic High School Golf Tournament Committee and previously served on the Helias Capital Campaign Committee.
Rebecca specializes in tax and accounting services for businesses and individuals and provides accounting system consulting, including accounting system design, implementation, review, and revision.
Rebecca joined Williams-Keepers LLC in 2008, having graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accountancy and a taxation graduate certificate. Rebecca is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and regularly attends continuing professional education courses offered by these and other organizations. Rebecca also holds a certification as an Advanced QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
She currently serves as the treasurer on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of the Columbia area.
Lyle Rosburg is the Chief Financial Officer for Williams-Keepers LLC and joined the firm in June 2016. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and client service.
Lyle’s duties as CFO include overseeing the budget and cash flow functions, leading the finance team members and participating in the development of the firm’s plans and programs as a strategic partner. He also provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist the Chairman, Leadership Committee, and member group in performing their responsibilities.
Lyle graduated from the University of Missouri in May 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration in May 2014 from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. He also graduated from the Peace Officers Standards and Training Law Enforcement Course from the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association Training Academy in August 2003 with a Class A certification.
The Jefferson City News Tribune recognized Lyle in 2006 with the “40 under 40” award, which recognizes outstanding business leaders under the age of 40 in the Jefferson City community. He received the Lions Club International Melvin Jones Fellow in 2013. Lyle is an active member in his community; he was a founding member of the Historic City of Jefferson Foundation, where he also served as a board member and treasurer. He was also a board member for the Missouri River Regional Library, serving in positions including the Strategic Planning Committee chair and Treasurer.
Kathy has worked for Williams-Keepers LLC since 1984 and joined the firm’s membership group in 2002.
Kathy provides tax services for individuals, not-for-profit organizations and business entities. In addition, she helps business owners anticipate and plan for the consequences of tax decisions.
Kathy graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. She was born and raised in central Missouri and gives back to her community through various service organizations. She is currently the treasurer of the Central Missouri United Way Foundation and previously served as president of the Cole County chapter of the American Cancer Society and a board member of the Capital City Jaycees.
Kathy is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Association Executives.
Nick is the firm’s leader over technology advancements, including our data extraction and analysis software, IDEA.
Nick graduated from the University of Missouri with a Master of Accountancy degree. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Currently, Nick serves as the Vice President on the board of directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Missouri.
Jessica joined Williams-Keepers LLC in 2008, having graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accountancy.
Jessica specializes in tax and accounting services for businesses and individuals, including an emphasis in state and local taxation, agribusiness, and retirement and employee benefits.
Jessica is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Columbia Metro Rotary and volunteers with the Heart of Missouri United Way.
Rhonda has extensive experience providing accounting services, including compilation and payroll services, as well as preparation of business income tax returns and business owners’ income tax returns. She also offers consulting services for accounting, payroll and accounting software issues.
Rhonda, who earned a master’s degree in business administration from Lincoln University, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
